I was really impressed by the staff—friendly, courteous, and genuinely human. The property itself is undeniably beautiful with a breathtaking view. However, asking for a €40 supplement for our dog is unacceptable; we’ve always been charged only €10‑15 and never even given a bowl. It’s excessive and discourages traveling with pets. The room was right above the reception, so during the day and night you could hear ringing phones, loud voices, and the bell being rung repeatedly at the desk.

The estate is a gorgeous spot surrounded by nature, offering a magnificent view. We were warmly welcomed and well taken care of, and the on‑site food was excellent. We’d love to return anytime!

The property is fine. The handicap bathroom was unrequested, uncomfortable, and lacked a bidet; there was no fridge or TV in the room, the room was never cleaned, towels were never changed, the breakfast room didn’t have a professional coffee machine for coffee or cappuccino, and it seemed you couldn’t even ask for fresh juices or smoothies. Some of these items are non‑essential, but at that price they’re expected.

The staff at Fattoria del Borgo were fantastic—helpful, warm, and welcoming. The location is well‑maintained, new, elegant, but not snobbish. The restaurant and breakfast are exquisite, featuring local and zero‑km products. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with no pretensions. The bed in our room (La Lepre) creaked a bit. We dined there three times, and for variety, a daily special could be considered.

A chic farm: an elegant, welcoming, and eco‑sustainable property on a stunning estate. Everything is meticulously cared for: the room walls contrast with stone walls, parquet floors, top‑quality pillows and mattress. The five‑star restaurant sits on a veranda overlooking the valley. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. There are donkeys, cows, and other farm animals that delight the children, a pool in the green, and nature trails. Kudos to the owners for creating a real gem in the heart of Sabina; we’ll definitely come back. Giuseppe and Elisabetta
