The property was well maintained and clean, and the staff—especially Daniela and Victor—were very friendly. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staff, and housekeeping was a bit delayed most days.

The reception manager Victor was very welcoming and professional! Even though we had a car issue, he helped us throughout the night and stayed with us the whole time.
