They advertise pet‑friendly services but don't list a fee. When they quoted me the price for a dog, I was surprised, and beyond that surprise they never provided the pet‑fee list. I asked for the document with the rates, but they didn't give it; I emailed them and still haven't received the official fee list that any “tourist” establishment should have available to guests. I'm on vacation right now, but I will file a complaint with consumer services. The directions were only given a few minutes before I arrived while I was driving through the city, instead of sending them in advance so I could review and ask questions if needed.
