The location and the Lawson below the hotel were positives, but there were few and uncomfortable seats by the pool, the water was sandy, you couldn’t swim in the beach outside the tiny designated area, snorkelling was not allowed there, we had a mountain‑view room and they wouldn’t put chairs on a large terrace claiming it faced the mountain, whereas the balconies overlooking the pool had chairs and tables. In short, the hotel has a great location and a beautiful beach, but you can’t sit unless you pay for hammocks, you can only bathe in a very small area, and snorkelling is impossible, so the hotel’s charm is lost.
“No repetiría”
The staff were friendly, but the resort was not much; the pillows weren’t very comfortable, opening the balcony door triggered an alarm until it was closed at any time of day or night, which was annoying whenever you wanted fresh air. There was no complimentary instant coffee sachet, and everything you needed had to be taken from reception (brush, toothpicks, toothbrush, etc.). Breakfast offered only two or three mediocre options, and by the half‑hour mark before closing almost everything was already collected. We had to ask for milk because it was stored away, and you had to pick up your plates and trays, separate them, and throw them away yourself. This resort is the first time we’ve seen this.
“Not bad very clean nice staff”
The sea view is stunning, but the glassed toilet door feels insecure, there's no hot seat, and the locks are missing.
“飯店雖然採自主入住跟退房，但還是有飯店人員會在旁邊協助，每個飯店人員都很友善。整體環境還不錯，只不過被子有一些異味，跟櫃檯人員反映他們就會協助替換，也可以跟他們多拿枕頭～ 飯店的早餐雖然是固定的菜色，但都滿好吃的～ 海邊跟泳池開放到晚上6點”
