I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff were also very understanding and accommodating when I had to check out late. However, I did encounter some issues with the lock on my room door, which was a bit tricky to open and close.
