“Overall it was good for one night.”
The place is well situated, but there is no elevator.

The location is fine, yet the room had an extremely musty odor.

Resumen de esta reseña
The customer service was great.

The floor in the room was extremely dirty. We arrived late at night and had to clean it with two small towels. The next evening, with little kids in tow, we found the door blocked and had to go to reception, where we were told to pay $20 for the two towels. The receptionist was very unfriendly and unlocked the door because the manager was unreachable. The following morning we met the manager, who said we should have informed reception instead of taking the towels for cleaning. We’ve stayed in countless hotels and motels worldwide, and it’s unacceptable for a hotel manager to dictate what we should do after giving us a filthy room. The audacity of charging $20 for two towels that cost $5 in total, especially knowing we had small children, was outrageous—there should have been compensation. Breakfast was cleared away in 2 minutes before the scheduled end. Late into the night, groups of guests—mostly tradespeople—loudly listened to music and ate dinner in front of the rooms. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping out every evening.

The location is good, breakfast starts at 5 am, and the staff are friendly, but the pillows and floor were left with dirty feet.
