The location was good, but everything else was a let‑down: the private parking could only be used by 6 cars out of at least 30/40 rooms, and I was assigned a room (71) that was already occupied by another guest. I had to switch to a tiny room with unusable climate control, frosted external windows, a wooden or composite door, and a bathroom that was barely livable because of its small size and 60s fixtures. There was no soundproofing, and the privacy between rooms was nonexistent. The three‑star rating on Booking is not deserved.

Breakfast was very good, service was perfect, nothing to complain about. For me, nothing.

The balcony offered a sea view 🌊, but the reception was not great, the building felt very old‑fashioned, the elevator was almost broken, parking access was tricky, and the breakfast was very mediocre.
