I’m used to staying in one environment and don’t want to change, so staying at Viodeli felt like coming home. The hotel’s service staff were very good. We arrived at night, and a security guard helped us with our luggage; the lobby manager SIA greeted us warmly and made us feel at home, also delivering our bags to the room. In the room, the staff turned on the air conditioning and lights, and when we asked for latex pillows, they were sent quickly, so we enjoyed a wonderful few days.
