The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond when I needed a handicap room, and I appreciated their spirit. I can’t think of any other complaints right now, only that the rain was unavoidable and the staff couldn’t control it.

Alicia at the front desk was amazing—so friendly and helpful that I feel lucky she works here. I also liked the location and the balcony, although the desk itself was broken and propped up by a chair, and the balcony door was hard to open and close.
