The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, but we had to go up to the top floor to reach the room.

The breakfast was massive and I couldn’t finish it; the bedroom was comfy and the people were very helpful, and there was nothing negative.

The spot is great, right across the road from the main hotel and spotlessly clean. The bed felt a little on the hard side, though.

I stopped here just off the NC 500; the quiet high street has plenty of cafés and the meal at the hotel was also very good. I was assigned a mundane annex across the road instead of the main hotel, but it had its own parking and was fine.
