“Don’t stay here. Stay somewhere you are welcome with a complimentary breakfast”

The rooms were nice and clean, but that’s where the good ends. They charge guests to park in their lot even though you’re staying in a paid room. The water bottle in the room isn’t complimentary, even though there’s no sign about a $5 charge. Every front‑desk staff member and the breakfast lady were rude and unhappy. We showed our booking that we paid for breakfast for all five family members, but they said we only chose to pay for two. Why wouldn’t we want two people fed? They reluctantly gave us four, which would have cost $80.00 for four simple breakfasts. The hot tub had so many bugs that we killed five beetles and a centipede before leaving it.

There was no breakfast included with the room stay. At check‑in, the clerk confirmed I’d marked breakfast but didn’t explain how the bistro works. When I went to order, the clerk only asked if it was here or go, and I said here. No request for room number, so I paid $18 cash for my food. Most hotels provide breakfast; if I’d known I had to buy it, I would have stayed elsewhere or gone to McDonald’s.

I appreciated the exceptional service from the staff during my stay, and the onsite Starbucks was a convenient perk. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, which could have been better maintained. Additionally, the hotel's outdated decor was noticeable, but the friendly staff made up for these issues to some extent.
