Everything was excellent; I love the hotel and breakfast was excellent, more than I expected.

When we arrived at the facility, the first room they put us in was so stuffy that it was hard to breathe, so they moved us to another room that wasn’t much better. We had ordered the meal plan, and on the first day we were told it wasn’t included; even after showing the confirmation, the desk lady still insisted it wasn’t included and none of us could eat breakfast that morning. Later that day, after returning from the park, I asked for clean sheets; the maintenance man brought them up without knocking and walked straight into our room while my granddaughter was naked, changing, which was totally inappropriate. On the last day, the staff that morning had no problem pulling up our reservation to show the meal plan was included, but the food was not good at all. With three adults and a toddler in the room, we had plenty of food boxes everywhere because there was no place to put them; the trash cans were extremely small, never changed, and never offered to be changed. When I booked, the room was titled one bedroom king suite and the pictures made it look like there was a door in the bedroom, but there was no door and no separation between the living room and bedroom as we had thought. Overall we were just really disappointed in our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport.

“good comfortable stay!”

The shuttle to the expo center, the room key on my phone, and nice clean rooms were positives. There was no pool and no breakfast for that price, which was crazy.

The staff were super friendly, the food great, rooms nice and clean with comfy beds, nothing else.
