There was nothing good to mention. The service was terrible: the receptionist didn’t understand our language and was inflexible about room hand‑over. The bed was loose, the room was cramped, the sheets were dirty, the floor was filthy, the tiny bathroom was noisy at night, and overall the space was very small.

The staff were rude and completely unhelpful to guests’ needs. Everything was a problem.

It was in the center and easy to reach all places, but the accommodation was awful—very dirty, unsafe, and the staff were very informal and unpresentable.

A terrible experience: the room looked old, was poorly kept, and didn’t match the price at all, with photos that were misleading. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful, treating guests badly and making the stay stressful and unpleasant. The only redeeming feature was the location, which is close to everything. I won’t return and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
