The team was great, the breakfast was good, and the beach was a dream; unfortunately, during our extended weekend there was a youth birthday event that the hosts were unaware of, and at 00:00 a heli‑paraglider started a scary screech right outside our window.

The lakeside spot was very pleasant, and the meals were hearty and delicious. The room was tiny, had no view, and came with two single beds for 59 €—that feels a bit excessive.

I liked the location; the beach was clean and beautiful, and the surrounding landscape was great for walks, though you should know there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The room was not very cozy, the carpeted floor felt unhygienic, and there was only a kettle without cups or similar items. The food at the accommodation was good, but the selection was very limited—every day the same three dishes. The room would have been acceptable, but the price was completely over‑priced and inappropriate.

The location was beautiful right on the beach, and the range of rental gear (canoe, SUP, etc.) was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. Rooms without a sea view were quite dark and overpriced.

One night felt like paradise: it was very nice, family‑like, and everyone was kind. The food was good, the selection wasn’t huge but what was cooked was delicious. The view of the lake, the quiet private beach, and the beach bar where you can get coffee or drinks anytime were all great, and you can book a few activities for an extra fee. The only downside is that you have to figure out how to get there; we took a taxi from Sevan for 6500, and the staff kindly arranged the return transport for 8000.
