It sits between the airport and Kuching City, and there are plenty of shops right by the hotel for essentials. The other side of the mall wing feels almost empty and could use more stores.

The hotel’s location is great. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, the TV remote didn’t work because the battery was dead, the bidet spray in the toilet didn’t function well, and there was no hair dryer.
