The staff were attentive, but I got bitten by ticks and other animals in my room; I don't know what kind of animal they moved us to at midnight, and I was a bit let down by the poor cleanliness since the room smelled like dampness when I entered.

The airport transfer was convenient, but the bed was small, there was no restaurant on site or nearby, and it feels more like a motel than a hotel.

The front desk clerk was very professional and accommodating, and the rates were great! I did find a few small bugs in the bathroom, and the shower curtain kept getting sucked in by the water; I couldn’t shower with the curtain closed because it kept clinging to me when the water was turned on.
