Serge greeted me warmly in his comfortable cottage; the food was balanced and the pilgrim neighborhood pleasant, especially since the cottage lies on the Camino route. I see no need for changes; I’m satisfied.
Serge alone makes the place worth visiting; he always goes the extra mile for both pilgrims and families passing through for a room or dormitory. The breakfast is a real convivial moment with sharing (our 10); the whole establishment, its surroundings, and the Camino paths are top.
