The staff were nice. The mattress was uncomfortable, the furniture wasn’t clean, the toilet’s continuous flushing made noise, and there was a water leak in the shower.

I liked the location; it was great, and all the staff were polite, friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The cabin was very nice, but the doors and toilets were broken, and the cabin’s roof leaked water from the rain.

Almost a month ago I stayed two nights at Sapanca Rural Silence Accommodation. I didn’t write this review right after the stay to let the experience settle. First, the positives: Can and Azat were wonderful, and every need was met. The facility has six bungalows—three are 2+1, three are 1+1. We stayed in a 1+1, and unfortunately, apart from the kids, we weren’t very satisfied. The location and the staff’s friendliness should have made it great, but for various reasons it wasn’t to my liking. My family still enjoyed the trip. The staff were grateful, and on the day we left they showed us an empty 2+1 bungalow, which was nicer and cleaner. The negatives: Even though it’s a new business, our room had two chairs whose cushions were gone. The wooden slats were sticking out. The sofa bed the kids slept on was ripped, a big tear. On the day we arrived, the toilet’s siphon had a problem and kept making noise. The shower was flooded everywhere because the materials were old and worn. The remote didn’t work properly. In the bathroom there was a spot in front of the mirror for placing items, but it was missing. The mattress was old, and the sheet was perforated. The sun lounger broke as soon as we lay down; the hook was already broken. Regarding the kitchen: the chef was really good, and we were satisfied with the food. However, the staff count was clearly insufficient. The chef handled the kitchen and other tasks, causing some delays. I think the biggest shortfall is the lack of staff. In short, the employees were great, the owner is very approachable, and the chefs are excellent, but the overall experience doesn’t match the pictures and videos. At least the room we got wasn’t like that. I wanted to point this out because the staff’s care and friendliness were truly nice, but the condition of the room and furnishings is as important as the staff’s attention. I hope these issues are fixed so future guests don’t face the same problems.

The location is great and the staff are cheerful and kind, but there was no spare blanket and the water bill had to be paid in the washing machine, plus the shower was too strong.
