Everything… large spaces throughout the property, both the room and breakfast area, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, cleanliness, kindness from all staff, location… Recommended and definitely worth returning.

We were handed a junior suite on arrival, a free upgrade from our booking. The room was dated but very spacious, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The staff were kind and helpful. On the downside, paying €3.5 for a 0.5‑liter plastic bottle of water in a wellness‑focused hotel felt excessive. The breakfast also disappointed us a bit—not in quantity, but in quality; we expected more homemade or organic items and specialties, yet most items were frozen, fruit juices, water, sugar, and powders.

The area was peaceful, parking was free, the thermal pools were not crowded (perhaps because of the season), the overall cleanliness was good, breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff were friendly.
