The floors were sticky, the sheets were filthy, the house was very hard, and the refrigerator had a freezer you couldn’t use. The facility’s condition and the TV cutting out were problematic; it wasn’t clean, organized, and my feet were sore before, and the freezer was unusable.

The place was absolutely filthy and rundown; the office was a complete mess, so when I told them we couldn’t possibly stay there they simply said “OK, I won’t charge you.” Everything was a problem.

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The motel was a complete disaster - everything was filthy, the sink and tub were clogged, and the stairs were a hazard. To top it off, there was no laundry on site, and the pictures didn't even come close to showing the actual condition of the place. I definitely overpaid for the experience.

The location was perfect for our needs, but unfortunately, the bed was a total disaster - it was as hard as concrete. And to make matters worse, the tub wouldn't even hold water, which was a major bummer.

I was surprised to see that breakfast was supposedly included, but it turned out there wasn't actually any. I'm not sure if it was just a misunderstanding or what, but it was a bit of a letdown.
