The place is well situated, just 5 min to the beach or city center, and public parking nearby poses no issues. The room is clean and spacious, and although the furnishings are a bit older, everything was tidy and functional. The staff were very friendly. As noted in the description, there is no fridge, but otherwise everything was excellent.
