Located 100 metres from Praia dos Anjos Beach, Pousada Porto Praia features free WiFi, an outdoor pool, and air-conditioned rooms with TVs, minibars, and bathrooms. The garden is lovely, but the ground‑floor room near the kitchen is too small for a couple, very damp, with a hard‑to‑open window overlooking a dim courtyard. The 140 cm bed is uncomfortable, while the first‑floor rooms were brighter and more comfortable. Kitchen utensils are heavily worn—pots, pans, and dishes are all mismatched.

The room is comfortable, yet the location is almost 1 km from Praia dos Anjos (the beach area). Breakfast items that should have been hot were served cold, and there was no sandwich press for a hot sandwich.

We were greeted warmly by the staff, but the facilities feel a bit dated even though the room itself is relatively renovated. The pool is very simple and the breakfast is similar in quality.

Great location, close to the trail that leads all the way to the atalaia’s pontal. Very cozy, and the breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast was wonderful, everything was fresh and complete. The kitchen staff were very friendly and the place was quite hygienic. I highly recommend it! The inn is right near the city center and everything you need is within walking distance (markets, beaches, pharmacies, many restaurants.). Raquel and Pedro at the reception welcomed us warmly and were super friendly and attentive from start to finish. We will definitely come back! I have nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
