It was very clean and the room was a nice size, but the mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable; the biggest issue was that I had already paid for my room and was charged again, and I'm waiting on a call from the manager to fix it.

The hotel is beautiful, the bathroom is great, and the breakfast is good, but I reserved and paid for a double queen room a month before my stay, and when I arrived they gave me a single king bed; I told the front desk, but the girl said they had no double queens left because the people who had booked the room I reserved wanted to stay another night, so they couldn't just move them out; I asked to speak to a manager, but she said none were working; they never reimbursed me for the price difference or offered a solution for my friend, who needed her own bed due to medical conditions—overall a sad, unprofessional attitude for such a pricey hotel.
