The balcony is lovely and the garden view is the main plus; the location is very convenient, quiet and pleasant, not far from the center or the train station. Precise directions were given, so finding it was easy. The room is small but has its own bathroom, and the price was very friendly for Milan at the end of September. Finding a good place at an acceptable price during that time isn’t easy, so I really appreciated this and would stay again. The balcony could use a bit of tidying; the furniture looks very old and some plants would make it feel cozier. The shower cabin is very narrow, which could be an issue for larger people.

The garden is lovely, the kitchen is good, and it’s a short walk from the tram. The bed was terribly hard.
