I was cycling along the Canal du Midi and stopped at this charming guesthouse just 5 km from the canal; the host greeted me warmly and the room was beautiful, offering a quiet spot to rest, and the improvised plate of pasta and vegetables added to the joy of this stop—definitely a place not to miss!
