The photos are from over ten years ago, the property is badly neglected, the shower is completely moldy, most metal parts are rusted, and tiles are falling off the walls. Tragedy.
The location was strategic and there was a parking garage affiliated with the hotel just a few steps away. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and the mattress was uncomfortable; for the price I’d have expected a much better setup.

The location was ideal, close to the station. The foot on the bed was loose and the toilet seat was broken.
We liked the location because it’s close to the center. The apartment had no heating, the AC didn’t work, the dryer was broken and nearly caused a power outage for my friend. The owners didn’t respond to questions about turning on the AC, and after four days they still gave us clean towels. The shower cabin leaked water across all tiles, the apartment was dirty, and nothing looked like the pictures – everything was falling apart.
Big disappointment – we didn’t get what the description promised at all. The place isn’t like the photos or the listing. The promised private parking was basically a sham; if we were lucky we could find a spot a few streets over. The room was supposed to have a table and two chairs, but instead there was a spare bed and a tiny table that barely held anything without tipping over. The AC kept clicking, the shower cabin didn’t seal properly, and the shared kitchen was barely functional. We spent an entire week in the apartment and the common areas were never cleaned; garbage was only taken out when we did it ourselves, and there was not even a single spare trash bag. The washing machine is on a resident’s balcony, and a single small dryer with only eight cords serves four apartments – not enough for a multi‑day stay. Communication was also disappointing; we didn’t get answers to all our questions, only the ones the host wanted to address. Overall, the reality was far from what the listing advertised, and after a week we can’t recommend this place.
