It is a good location in South Austin. Coffee service stops early, in the afternoon

Overall the place was clean, and having a Circle K convenience store just behind the back entrance was handy. However, as the map shows, the view is nonexistent; the building feels old yet well‑maintained, and the restaurant is quite small.
