The place is clean, the staff are friendly, the facilities are good, it’s comfortable, and the location is great, but I had to pay a small fee to store luggage.
The staff spoke English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable. Late at night, some guests were drinking and talking loudly, and even a staff member was chatting with them, making it hard to rest. We asked for laundry detergent, but after a long wait with no clear answer, we were told they couldn’t find any. We had been told that our laundry would be moved to the dryer while we were out, but after the staff shift changed, this was apparently not communicated. When we returned, the laundry was still wet, so we had to stay up and run the dryer ourselves late at night. The place is very small and somewhat cluttered, but given the price, it is still reasonable for a short stay.
This hostel in the city center is amazing, close to everything, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The place was clean and cozy, and the staff were pleasant and polite.
“清潔感と居心地の良さ”
The staff were friendly, there were many different spaces, it was clean and had a nice smell. First, when I checked in, the staff explained the accommodation in very clear English, and it was easy to ask questions. In addition, the separate areas for relaxing, a working space, a kitchen with a dining table, a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room were all well organized. I also liked that there were three separate toilets: women‑only, mixed, and men‑only. I only used the women‑only toilet, so I’m not sure about the others, but the toilet paper was especially soft. Overall, the hostel felt clean and smelled good. On the downside, the walls were thin and the entrance was confusing. I could hear the hallway and the neighboring rooms, so the walls felt thin. However, if you use earplugs or take other personal measures, you can still have a comfortable stay. Also, the entrance was complicated: you enter the building on the main road, go up the stairs to the second floor, open the door on the left, walk to door 8, and that’s where the hostel entrance is.
