The place sits right in the heart of Bari, and the room was clean and well equipped. But the name is misleading; it’s not a hotel at all but a single room in an apartment building. There was no front‑desk staff, and we never saw anyone during our stay. The breakfast that was supposedly included had to be taken several streets away, and there was no notice in the room about it, so we didn’t eat it. We were disappointed because we chose this place for its hotel‑style breakfast.

The location is central, which is great. However, getting in was a bit complicated and required a lot of steps.

The spot is superb, just a 10‑minute walk into Bari’s old town. The price was good value, the room was spacious—especially the bed—and the balcony was fantastic. We would have liked the room to be cleaned (bed made, fresh towels, etc.) since we stayed for 7 days. A kettle and tea/coffee would have been nice, and while there was an iron, there was no ironing board.

The location is great 👍. Check‑in was really complicated—had to fill out forms, pay a tax (I think I paid twice), and then there was no response to messages. Only after calling via WhatsApp did we get the access code, which stressed us out. We’ve never had this kind of experience with so many bookings; it’s a shame—we won’t return.

The area is super central, near Teatro Petruzzelli and Palazzo Monduzzi. The building is clean and quiet, the room is simple but cozy and silent.
