The reception and team availability were great. The hotel is comfortable, well equipped, and well located. Pleasant for a business stay and to relax during work breaks. Very good, nothing to say.

The breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Using the entire W Dubai, Le Meridien and WestIn complex was fantastic. The restaurant selection was great with very good food. We especially liked Restaurant La Bussola (great location and beautiful terrace); Damascus served us twice, an excellent and extremely likable waiter. W Dubai is very stylish, with many nice details up to the rooms. The rooftop bar/restaurant Artiko offers a wonderful view of the marina at night. Beside the hotel there is a big construction site, which obviously affects parts of the breakfast area/terrace and pool (everything on the 2nd floor) – both visually and with construction noise. We had a room with a view of the lovely garden and marina, so it didn’t disturb us and in our area it was hardly visible or loud. Also the property is so large that you can always find a nice spot.

The place was spotless, rooms huge and the details were spot on. The staff, especially Christophe and Moon at the restaurant, were super friendly. The pool sits right next to the restaurant, so it’s not very private.

Location, service, facilities. The view from the pool, a bit disappointed as I thought it was directly on the beach it’s actually surrounded by building in construction
