“Bien, solo sugiero revisen la funcionalidad de los AC”
The air conditioning broke and didn’t cool properly; I expected a more customer‑service‑focused response, but that didn’t happen, otherwise everything was perfect.

The location was handy and the personnel were attentive, yet the air‑conditioning didn’t cool as I’d hoped, the housekeeping was subpar, and some of my family’s personal items went missing.

The facilities are very good and match the price, yet the continental breakfast only includes coffee, bread, and yogurt.

The location and the staff’s friendliness were great. The room’s climate caused a lot of noise.
