The breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself looks pretty good! The room acoustics are terrible, there’s always a show downstairs at night and you can hear it from the rooms all day long, so you can’t sleep well unless it’s early morning.

The laser area was great. Unfortunately there was construction on the adjacent lot and it was very noisy.

The staff were very well trained and pleased to help guests—kudos. The hotel is nice, but moving around it requires a lot of effort because of the many uneven levels. It’s especially tough for elderly guests and for those staying in the kiosks, which are a considerable distance from the common area and have countless steps.

Breakfast was excellent, the pools and overall vibe were wonderful! The TV could be smart and the Wi‑Fi signal isn’t very effective.
