The room was fine, but when we left we had to wait an hour outside because they wouldn’t open the door for us; we called and texted them, but no one answered.

I am very satisfied for the money I paid. If you want to have fun in Cartagena, this is the right accommodation. The location is ideal, the room is solid, the hygiene is ok. Nothing important

I love how close it is to everything, the staff were super friendly, and the room was small but comfy—just the way I like it. The breakfast was good, but honestly I wasn’t really satisfied with anything else.
