The location was good and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the bathroom in our room was in poor condition; the main area looked updated and clean, yet the shower was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling.

Nice Breakfast and hot showers. Our toilet was black mold and lots of it, the room smelled moldy. EWWWWWW!! I took pics. I normally am not that fussy. Huge potholes in the parking lot coming into American Inn!! 2 Trucks with landscaping trailers parking sideways in prime parking spots occupying 8 slots each at the end of the day. Total disrespect for tired travelers

The hotel was very clean, but it advertises a hot tub that does not exist.

The staff welcomed me warmly and handed out a gift bag with bottled water and snacks. The room was spotless and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything else was fine!
