“Never again despite the beautiful sunset.”
The amenities are very rustic but also very workable. Husband liked the secluded area and the beautiful sunset but agreed that it was so over priced for what it is. Nothing else positive to say. Their page on booking. com and their website not only omitted important information but provided contrary, varying information, especially with costs and availability. 1. We stayed in the renovated (not recently!!!) Wildflower, retro van which proclaimed to have a fire pit (true), but nowhere, on any of the four platforms I researched, did it say that firewood would have to be purchased or byo! Therefore, I assumed it would be provided in the (exorbitant) price of the van. In later communications, I was told that firewood could be provided at a cost of $25 per person, closely followed by another message to say that they had undercharged me by $10 per person. 2. Similar issues with meals …. Four different ‘stories’ and costs. In final communication was told that we only ‘picked room rate’ yet there was nowhere that extras were offered. Told that they would be uncontactable and had deleted the ‘meal package’ as they were finishing in half an hour! 3. Huge grammar mistakes and poor sentence structure on all four platforms, especially the link sent the day we were checking in. A travel agent told me that they always encountered people having problems with the MS website. Proof read please! Happy to send photos of ALL my corrections! 4. The Wildflower Van was dusty and the decorations and linen were faded and ‘tired’. Not bright, fresh and inviting like the photos. Also, there was rubbish and empty glasses outside the van(from the last person?). The whole experience was not worth the stress and anxiety and MOST definitely not worth $160 per night. Needs ALOT of work
