The only thing that stood out positively was the location, being close to the Western Wall, and the bed was comfortable; however, everything else needed improvement—from the reception to the room itself, the cleanliness was poor, the bathroom smelled bad, we never received body towels until we asked the reception after 8 pm, there was no TV help, the TV didn’t work, and the kids ended up climbing the walls.

We only liked the location. There is no parking, the room we received did not match what was advertised, it was dirty and poorly maintained, the dining area looked like a kibbutz dining room rather than a hotel, and the breakfast was awful. We got a room right next to the reception and heard all the phone rings at the front desk, and someone sat outside our window watching videos all night.

The place is in a great spot, but some of the shared areas didn't have air conditioning and the breakfast didn't live up to the average Israeli hotel standard.

The service was polite and they upgraded our room; the staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is right next to the Western Wall and about a 10‑minute walk from the main square, a 5‑minute walk from the Wall. Room cleanliness needs improvement, breakfast was very sparse, and overall the hotel offers very few amenities – it basically closes a corner, so if you just need a place to sleep, it's fine.
