The location was local, clean, and the breakfast was good. The sheets and pillows need improvement; the pillow was very thin, probably expired. Aside from that, the hotel was fine, and the payment could have been split into installments instead of being forced to pay in full.

“Péssimo. Não volto nunca mais!”

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation because the room provided did not match the conditions and amenities described at the time of booking. Surprisingly, basic items such as soap and a blanket were missing, which compromised my comfort and the quality of the stay. Moreover, when paying, I was unable to split the daily rate into installments, even though that option was clearly advertised during the reservation. As a result, I felt disadvantaged because I paid for a service that did not correspond to what was advertised and contracted.
