The staff were incredibly kind, the location right across from Berlin's East Side Gallery, the beds were comfy and the rooms were cozy. I would have preferred the breakfast to start a bit later than 10:30.

The rooms were clean and the spot was great; Bus line300 stops directly in front of the hotel, trains are just 10 minutes away; the UBER Arena and dozens of restaurants are just around the corner; the lobby is beautifully designed.

The hotel’s location is good. The sink in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

I liked the room and the location, breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly service. I had to ask for an adapter because none of the outlets matched my cords.

This was my second stay. The hotel is very well located, next to the East Side Gallery and Uber Arena, with a bus stop right next to its doors. The breakfasts are great and the staff were very nice. The rooms are comfortable and very soundproof. I was told the room would be cleaned every two nights. My stay lasted three nights and it was never cleaned. Also, the breakfast on weekends starts at 7:30, which is fine, but on a Berlin Marathon Sunday 6:30 would definitely help many guests.
