It’s a modern hotel and the room is larger than most rooms I’ve stayed in Japan. The location is very close to Susukino. The staff are welcoming, and there’s a BBQ restaurant on the second floor.

The location is excellent—Family Mart right at the door, a subway station a short walk away, and Susukino and Nichi Market within walking distance. The rooms are clean and new. Luggage can be stored before and after check‑in, with an extra lock and a late‑night lobby check‑in. It feels secure, and the staff ask questions before giving out an extra room key. The walk‑in shower is convenient. The room is a bit small if you have two suitcases over 25 inches. It’s dark and quiet, and the area has bars and escort services, but I didn’t feel unsafe.

Both the location and the breakfast were good.

The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. The bedroom’s AC unit can’t be controlled.
