I loved the spot—great location and spotless rooms. The only hiccup was when I left something behind; they wouldn’t ship it unless I got the label myself, which felt like an extra cost I shouldn’t have to cover. I just wish they’d charge my card and handle the mailing.

The front desk was friendly, but it took ages to move me to a cooler room after the first one hit 85°F. Even after an hour, the temperature only dropped to 83°F, so I finally got a new room with working AC. The staff claimed it was how the owners set it up. We were outside at the ballfields all day and came back to an 85°F room—unacceptable. I’ll never stay here again, and the $11 refund feels like a slap in the face. The first time I called, the rep hung up on me. I spent two hours trying to fix a problem that should’ve been resolved immediately, and all I got was an $11 reimbursement.
