The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping lady did an outstanding job that really stood out. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and breakfast surpassed my expectations. However, the mattresses were too soft and the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The location is very good, close to everything. The staff are very friendly, always ready to satisfy guests and solve any need. The bathroom was not comfortable for me; the shower is narrow, and the toilet and bidet are separated, which is not practical.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of pastries to choose from. The room was spacious enough for us two to move around without bumping into each other, while the single room was small but sufficient. Having the dog Tony with us was a huge plus!

We found the breakfast surprisingly good for being included. The staff were very helpful when we arrived with no internet on our phones and tried to get us back online. The location was ideal, just a 7‑minute walk to Firenze SMN train, and the car rental spot was conveniently close as well.
