The room had a sea view, was spacious, and the terrace was large. A short dive session was available right in the hotel, so there was no need to go far, and Mrs. Mary was an excellent diver. It was summer, so walking from the room to the reception and restaurant was not easy; the club car was available but it wasted a lot of time.

We stayed in the newer part of the resort, which we liked. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well maintained, and overall the cleanliness was good. The beds were comfortable, so we slept well. The whole hotel complex gave a neat impression. We felt short on family activities and offerings; at the pool there was little variety, so we often felt left to ourselves. The restaurants seemed very empty; we were the only guests at dinner. The prices felt completely inflated: about 220 € for two main dishes, a kids’ menu, two starters, and two waters, plus roughly 55 € for eight scoops of ice cream by the pool. In the nearby Soho Square, food and tennis lessons were available for a fraction of the hotel’s rates. The Sinai Dive Club was especially disappointing. We had originally booked a full‑day private yacht trip to Ras Mohammed and later shortened it to four hours including diving. Instead, the yacht only went about 200 m in front of our hotel, where we dived in the same area we could reach from the hotel pier. After about three hours it returned. We were charged around 4,000 €. Only after we complained did they explain that we wouldn’t have been allowed to dive there without a training certificate. Despite written agreements, the provider insisted on payment. The dive instructors were good, but the organization and value for money left us feeling massively misled. We cannot recommend this provider.

The receptionist—whose name I can’t recall—made my stay the best. I’m grateful 🇳🇬. I didn’t find anything to complain about.

Room size, facilities and cleanliness. Resort is too big. once you enter your room, you are dependent on the hotel for carts to even go to reception
