The hotel server staff. We got scammed for over 8k when we first booked at this hotel. Then I booked with and the price was very high, then when we got to the hotel, we had to pay more money again. So I am not happy at all.

All the rooms are comfortable. Staff r good in carrying my 3 heavy luggages. Unfortunately no stairs. Not good for the oldies,no lift or elevators

I was amazed by the spotless bathroom and room, and the staff were constantly smiling—even when tired—and made us feel like family, deserving a raise; the service felt like a five‑star hotel, the vibe was family‑friendly and relaxing, and the price was cheap—truly a win. I posted a long review on Facebook and groups, and nothing beats it, even compared to luxury hotels; as a European who loves outdoor activities, it was fantastic—sunrise viewing, snorkeling, and shell‑picking at 5 am with our speaker on were highlights, the food was warm, and the staff were highly trained. The only downside was a lingering burning smell in the evenings, probably from the neighborhood; we wore swimming shoes, but guests should be reminded to bring their own as the area has pebbles and corals. More environmentally friendly garbage disposal is needed, with separate bins for plastic, cans, and paper, especially since plastic bottles are still used.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the noise from the room above—people scooting chairs and slamming doors—was annoying.

The resort was amazing, brand new and right next to a beach, with very attentive staff and a great restaurant. Renovations were still underway, so there was a bit of noise in the morning, and the bathroom flooded slightly after a shower.
