Super clean, and breakfast was offered with a free‑flow refill. Basically, everything was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The facilities and friendly staff were good, but the distance from the subway is a drawback.

The location is okay. It’s a bit far from Namchuncheon Station on foot, but that’s fine. They offer a free simple breakfast, and you can sit in the dining area and have free drinks. There’s a microwave you can use. Check‑in and check‑out are both easy. There’s a 24‑hour laundry room right outside the hotel door, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s very clean, but I felt some spots were missed – like the sofa and the table. When I wiped them with tissue, there was obvious dust. The blinds on the windows also had a lot of dust on them.

On my second visit I loved the cute lobby vibe, the simple breakfast offering (toast, coffee, milk, boiled egg, etc.), and the dedicated parking spot. The room came with lotion and hair gel; the triple room was small but tidy and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful.
