I booked through a 2nd party. I gave my credit card account for security reasons and got charged my full stay. I had to drive back the the hotel because the email i sent to the hotel nobody responded

“very enjoyable”

The buffet breakfast on Saturday was a bit underwhelming because the seminar attendees had already eaten and some items weren’t restocked; on Sunday we arrived at the same time as most other guests and the buffet was excellent. I wish ketchup were available without having to ask a busy staff member.

“DECEPCIONANTE”

The breakfast and staff service at breakfast were the only positives; dinner service was disappointing, the waitress seemed uninterested, the food was bland and small for a $38 dish plus 18% tax. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable, the pool and beach chairs were completely soaked. The pool service was subpar and discriminatory, and they charged an 18% fee for minimal or no service. Breakfast was fine and the staff there were good. The room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable. The car was parked in the sun all day. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was overflowing with chlorine. It was my birthday and there were no extra amenities or attention in the room even though my husband requested them. For the price and extra fees, I won’t stay again.

“My stay was comfortable and wonderful waking up refreshed and going on the balcony drinking coffee.”

All staff, including those at the restaurant, were friendly, smiling, and helpful with the menu.
