A perfectly adequate stay in Greytown. Breakfast was good

The room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was good, though it arrived on the colder side and had to be warmed in the microwave; staff didn't mention that coffee and tea were self‑service, which was a bit confusing. Only one plug point was available, and nothing by the mirror made getting ready difficult. The dining room felt freezing in winter; a heater or a fire in the fireplace would make breakfast more enjoyable, especially since the rooms have heaters and feel pleasant. It was confusing how things worked, as staff handed you a key and then left, so you constantly had to find them to ask how to enter or exit. A bit more checking on guests during check‑in or breakfast would have helped, especially since we were the only people booked in.
