I booked for the day I wanted to check in, but then got a message saying that staying more than two days required a 10% advance payment; since I only stayed one night, I didn’t pay, and when I arrived I was told my reservation was invalid because I hadn’t paid—so I went to the hotel next door instead, which turned out to be perfect.
