The staff are the highlight of this place: smiling, professional, helpful, and they managed to arrange a half‑day excursion for us at 5 am last minute—thanks! The room had a very annoying AC noise, and the bathroom lacked a fan.

The location is fine, but the meals and drinks at the restaurant are way overpriced. Taking advantage of travelers has become the norm, and that makes me reluctant to return; I’m okay with paying a little extra, but this feels like highway robbery.
