The setting was enchanting; at first I didn’t get the concept, but after a while I realized it was great. The location is both an advantage and a drawback.

The new hotel offers warmth and hospitality from the owners, and it’s situated right on the outskirts of the city. The stairs are steep and there’s no elevator, plus the TV didn’t work.

We really liked the hotel – it’s a beautiful, cozy, and modern spot. The location is great, right next to Tbilisi Mall and surrounded by mountains, giving us clean, pleasant air. From the hotel we could see a wonderful view that we truly enjoyed. The owners were especially kind, hospitable, and attentive, and the host even prepared breakfast tailored to our preferences. The breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and made with care, which is rare and appreciated. The hotel itself is new, very clean, beautiful, and cozy, with fresh bathrobes, towels, and other supplies. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only minor disappointment was the room cleaning: we stayed for three days but it was cleaned only once, and even then not completely. A bit more attention would help, but aside from that, the hotel was great. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to others. The only drawback was that the shower renovation was still incomplete.
