The location was great. Our room was amazing and the food was fantastic. This didn’t bother me, but only 2 of the 5 rooms have doors; the other 3 are open, which did bother some people in our group.

The rooms were very nicely appointed with an open air view to the lake and half‑wall bathrooms; dinner and breakfast were very good with many options, and Sunny’s service was very good. Because there are only six rooms, the service feels very personal. It’s quite expensive for a double—US$350.

We stayed in a deluxe room, which was wonderful with beautiful views of Lake Kariba, and the property is very well kept. Nothing was wrong.

The bungalows are gorgeous and tastefully decorated, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and breakfast is superb – you feel right at home and we’ll definitely be back. No complaints at all.
